I learned that the first god Atum coughed out Shu the god of air and Tefnut the goddess of moisture.
I also learned that Osiris and Isis had a son named Horus, he battled against Seth.

One thing i learned was that during the mummifacation when they had to take out the brain they stuck a long hook through the nose and poked the brain, then they pulled the brain through the nose.

In the mumification process, I learned that they would wash the body in a good-smelling palm wine, and then rince it with water from the Nile. I also learned that they would take out everything else except the heart cause it was the centre of intelligence and he would need it in the afterlife.

one thing i learned about in ancient egypt is that they put a dead body in the hot sand so the boday would deahrate the body and then they would start to mummifi the boday that is what i learned.

the earlies ancient Egptians buried their dead in small pits in the sand desert. the heat and dryness dehydrated the bodies quicky creating lifelike and natual mummies.

The anciant Egypts believed that before someone could go to the after life they had to go threw the underworld,the underworld was a place full of terrifying monsters and dangerouse animals. They needed to have magic to succesfully over come these threats.

I learnd that Nun was the dark waters of chaos. A hill rose up out of the water called "Ben-Ben". On the hill was Atum the first god. Some gods and goddesses brought the flood, some offered protection, and some offered protection after people died.

I learned that ancient Egyptians worship many other gods than you have learned in class. Some gods or goddesses took part in creation, some took part in the flood every year, gods did lots of things, ancient Egyptians believed that it was important to recognise and worship these gods and goddesses so that life continued smoothly.

I looked up Pharaoh and found out about Ramesses II. He fought battles to obtain land surrounding his. He also wanted the exotic animals of these lands. The people he conquered had to give him gifts of their land, and call him their ruler.
